Management commentary

“Pricing discipline in aggregates and a materially better cement position carried the quarter,” said Rowan T. Kessler, Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Shipments were roughly flat against a wet April across the Mid-Atlantic, and we still expanded gross margin by 310 basis points. Public infrastructure lettings in our footprint remain the most visible part of our demand picture heading into 2027.”
