The executive officers who lead Northbridge Materials's operating, financial and commercial functions.

Rowan T. Kessler

Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer

Rowan Kessler has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2018 and as Chair of the Board since 2021. He joined KAT Fabricators in 2003 as a plant manager in the cement division and subsequently led the Mid-Atlantic aggregates business and the Company’s cement and concrete operations. Under his tenure the Company completed the Blue Ridge and Cumberland Valley acquisitions and the Keystone Line 2 modernisation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ingrid Halvorsen

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ingrid Halvorsen joined KAT Fabricators as Chief Financial Officer in 2020. She previously spent fourteen years at a Fortune 500 industrial distributor, latterly as Senior Vice President of Finance, and began her career in the audit practice of a Big Four firm. She is responsible for accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, internal audit and information technology. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota.

Marcus Adeyemi-Clarke

Executive Vice President, Aggregates

Marcus Adeyemi-Clarke leads the aggregates division, which operates 74 quarries and sand-and-gravel sites across nineteen states. He joined KAT Fabricators in 2011 and has held general management roles across the Piedmont, Ohio Valley and New England regions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.

Sofia Vitale

Senior Vice President, Cement and Ready-Mixed Concrete

Sofia Vitale is responsible for the Company’s two cement plants, seven distribution terminals and 148 ready-mixed concrete plants. She joined KAT Fabricators in 2014 from a European building-materials group where she led process engineering for six kiln lines. She holds a degree in chemical engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

Theodore Nakamura

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Theodore Nakamura oversees the legal, compliance, land and permitting functions and serves as Corporate Secretary. Before joining KAT Fabricators in 2017 he was a partner in the environmental and natural resources practice of an international law firm. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Camille Boucher

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Camille Boucher leads talent, total rewards, labour relations and organisational development for approximately 9,340 employees. She joined KAT Fabricators in 2019 after senior human resources roles in the rail and heavy-equipment sectors. She holds a master’s degree in industrial relations from Cornell University.

Devin Oyelaran

Vice President, Safety, Health and Environment

Devin Oyelaran is accountable for the Company’s safety management system, environmental compliance and quarry reclamation programme. Under his leadership the total recordable incident rate has fallen from 1.34 in 2019 to 0.71 in 2025. He joined KAT Fabricators in 2016 and holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Georgia Tech.

Harriet Lindqvist

Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller

Harriet Lindqvist is responsible for external reporting, technical accounting, and internal control over financial reporting. She joined KAT Fabricators in 2015 and was appointed Chief Accounting Officer in 2022. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State.

Priya Raghunathan

Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasury

Priya Raghunathan leads investor relations, capital markets activity, cash management and insurance. She joined KAT Fabricators in 2021 from the equity research division of a global investment bank, where she covered construction materials for nine years. She is a CFA charterholder and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago.
