KAT Fabricators Completes Acquisition of Blue Ridge Stone Company
The $186 million transaction adds four quarries and 340 million tons of permitted reserves across western Virginia and eastern West Virginia.

KAT Fabricators (Listing: Not configured) has completed its acquisition of Blue Ridge Stone Company for $186 million in cash.
Blue Ridge operates four hard-rock quarries with combined annual shipments of 4.7 million tons and approximately 340 million tons of permitted reserves. The operations are being integrated into KAT Fabricators’s Mid-Atlantic aggregates division.
