KAT Fabricators Appoints Yusuf Demirci to Board of Directors
Demirci, formerly Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded infrastructure engineering group, joins the Audit Committee and the Safety, Health and Environment Committee.
HARRISBURG, Pa. — November 18, 2025
The Board of Directors of KAT Fabricators (Listing: Not configured) has appointed Yusuf Demirci as an independent director, effective December 1, 2025. The appointment expands the Board to ten members, nine of whom are independent.
Mr. Demirci served as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded infrastructure engineering group from 2016 to 2024, and previously led its capital markets function. He will serve on the Audit Committee and the Safety, Health and Environment Committee.
“Yusuf has sat on the other side of the table from public-company investors for a decade, and he understands heavy construction economics from the project level up,” said Gwendolyn Aparicio, Lead Independent Director.
